horse lords: something fishy with commanders

Some people can still appoint non marshals/commanders to armies. I can't appoint anyone except myself, event if i have a marshal/commander.

Hi Persipnei!

It sounds like you might have your commanders/council members on a work assignment and that's why you can't select them.
Are you sure you don't have your commanders/council members out on a work assignment? (such as increasing your manpower/oversee construction etc.)

If not, can you please upload the savegame with this issue to us? (You have to use a third partyprogram though like dropbox etc.)

I didn't know this. You are right. They are councillors with jobs. My bad. Thanks for the quick answer.
