True, this is a real problem, Where are the alps? we in Italy and in France have problem to build infrastructure to connect quickly Italian and France railway and speedway becouse we have alps that divide Northern Italy from France, if was as this screenshot we would not have this problems.

maybe is for gameplay and gamebalance, but even if... is too too plain.

Alps?! I'm more worried about those fields in Cahors. Some go North/South, some are lined up East/West! What the hell paradox, get it right. All fields in Cahors were aligned NW/SE.

I believe he's just saying that it's better to have the game run well first before correcting all the little errors of the map.

The Border are ok for the game, however i think that the form of every province is plasmed also for a good border of other state, like Italy.
