Hello!
After many patches and addons game mechanics was changing drastically and i noticed that there wasnt much thought about steppe hordes. As history says steppe hordes was pretty annoying till 17cent. (for example russian problems) . After increase of coring costs and new mechanics hordes are even. more weaker (since they falling behidn tech too hard amd too fast), and admin power is most important resource for them.

I think hordes must be balanced slightly since:
-They are extreamly hungry for admin power
- Now they cannot become western country, just muslim or chinese tech group even if they border one western country (so they.mist double westernize??? To become normal western country?)
-Their national ideas are ridiculously strong but they cannot obtain them , because of need of several thousand admin power (they need start with one of admin idea groups to be able to change government what cost even more 5 stability and 3 stab. more to west. And also they will. lose randomly 120 points) - u cannot create single khanate with nation designer (200 points) because of idea cost, that alrdy shows balance problems
-there is no logic that they use bows in 1750 year. There was times when they could build up units of conquered provinces, u nerfed it, now they have 2 unit types in 500 hundred years (+artillery what they wondrously are able to use before simple infantry guns) - no logic at all.

Summary. Hordes ar nerfed in almost every patch what was comming out for last year (loot speed is nice, but that like minor glyph in wow)

Proposals.

-Decrease need of admin power ( decrase cost of west.for hordes, cost of reforming gov.for hordes or remove need fore one complete admin idea to be able change gov., or maybe create different mechanics - trade monarch points in peace deals, or create new gov form after reaching 1000 development - endless possibilities how to create hordes playable)
-make their ideas weaker, but still unique
-Create new units As tech progresses (for hordes)
-There is need to think about mega revolt spiral (revolts everywhere, no manpower, but still is need todeclare war..)

Sry, im on phone, i hope some1 will agree with me, that there is need to reform horde mechanics.
There is some players who prefer play outside europe u know :D

I agree that hordes could be buffed, while phones could be nerfed. ;)

Wait what .????

I don't agree about that nerf, have you try looting mecanics on them ? You can have a huge amount of money very quickly when playing them, You can easily take a +3 advisor (at least in adm) even if you don't have the income for it. I think the issue here is that they should be able to loot even out of war like in CK2. Eventually Ming could have a CB against them if they do so (and mecanics to prevent them from doing it like another Great Wall expension).
But now we've got a rich Ming, a Horde AI not enough aggressive and a stupid Muscovy.

It won't take a total revamp of those.
