Started a new game, looks great! One suggestion - maybe you could use the emblems from National Emblems Pack? At least for US, Pravoslav and Eurotopia, they look way better than vanilla ones.

BTW I suggest that flag as canon for Pravoslav. Or maybe solid red or solid purple.

Is there any direct download for this? I hate how the Workshop auto-updates etc. so I'd really appreciate not being forced to use it.

It works okay in the current version. The AI empires using the HU empires seem to lose their homeworld and star names, but that's about it.
