Months ago, I modded the game myself to start with a higher population, I always thought it was dumb that the home planet started half full. I would assume part of the reason for space travel was to find new worlds for an over populated home planet.

Anyway, I can not remember how I did it, I just cant seem to find it. I checked defines, empire initializers, etc. Can anyone tell me how to raise home planet starting population? I'd like it to effect the AI as well so its not cheating, thanks.
