Holy War against catholics

Hey guys,

I'm playing as the reformed pagan (custom) empire of saxony and recently successfully defended against the empire of francia. Now it's time for retaliation, of course, as long as they are weakened.
My question is:
Francia appointed an antipope, so when I declare a holy war against them, are followers of the real pope allowed to join the war?

Nope, Christians will not join Pagan holy wars against other Christians.

They will fight with you if Francia with 75% threat attacks you and you have joined a defensive pact with other Pagans who have defensive pacts with Christians.

Ah, sorry, I mean: Will they join on Francias side, as they are both catholic, but with different religious heads.

If they are both still Catholic, then yes, they can, but I'm not sure how opinion modifies that decision.
