Holy orders shouldn't be usable against the same religion (possible oversight)

This is a bit of a synchronicity exploit that you or the AI can use at times. Say you're fighting heathens and you get your holy order on the field. Now if you somehow become involved in another war by answering a call of arms or suddenly some other war falls on your lap, the game still allow you to use the previously raised holy order/orders in the new war even if they're against realms of the same religion. I believe this to be an oversight. Maybe in this kind of situation the holy order should be considered neutral against the same religion realm but you can still use them in your original war against heathens. In order to fight the same religion realm you'd have to use your own troops.

IMO, Holy orders ( and mercs ) should be manifested as independent allies for the duration of their hires and only be hostile to the appropriate parties. This would prevent cheesy tactics like suiciding them to save your own troops, which they would be loath to do in reality. It would also prevent you from waiting till the last minute and bat-phoning a massive group of mercs in to save your bacon, as they would spawn at their homes and have to march/sail to the combat zone.

Regardless of how it is done, holy orders definitely need work atm. Hell, in addition to the issue mentioned above, half the time my holy orders don't stand down when all my wars are done. I can still move them around the map until they are dismissed.

Yes, I was surprised to see a same faitb enemy I declared on to send Holy order troops against me. I captured some of the Knights as well.

The Grandmaster was reluctant to ransom them as well as they were unimportant courtiers.

A few of these things need fixing.

The merc spam is a bit gamey and could be interesting if they march from a deployment area but would add a lot more micro to the game. Maybe put as a game rule?
