So I play right now a game as Byzantium Iconoclast. I‘m switched from heresy to main religion. I have Jerusalem and converted it, but I can‘t create a Holy Order. I find this very unclimactic that I can‘t have a holy order just because I was once a heresy. So paradox could you please change the parameters from a specific religion into main religion so that when heresies become main religions they have that option too

HO join to heresy, when heresy is new mainstream denomination (orthodoxy by small "o")

But yes - IMO HO should be Semper fidei for mainstream denomination and (not every) heresies should have own HO, in in most cases, when they will are mainstream

Yeah also in my current game there are noo orthodox provinces anymore so this lacking game mechanic looks even more dumb, but I agree also that not every heresy should have a own HO but the mainstream. also many heresy in the game have in their lore/description just some changes of the religion, like iconoclast( orthodox heresy) which don‘t allow the depiction of women in religious art
