Sorry for no recent updates. I usually write during the weekends and my weekends have recently been quite full. Not that that's a bad thing. 
I'll most probably have an update at the beginning of next week.
Not after the Holland Army has gone through them that's for sure.
Second stepping stone actually, Vestbygden having been the first, quite early on. If memory serves well, I had actually changed national ideas as soon as I reached trade 7...which Holland can do ridiculously early with some of the best starting sliders in the game...
