This comes as another possible thing for a secondary tourism DLC along with Tour Trains.
Through the nature reserve part of Park Life we can set up camping grounds and through Night Life we can zone hotels there is something that we don't have, Holiday parks.
My idea would be set up an area like Parks, Campuses and Industies and then we can place the following assets.
Grass Road: a new type of road, basically a reskin of dirt road to be grass , and thus almost indistinguishable from the ground, except with grooves worn where cars have driven over it.
Grass Path: (see above with 'road', 'cars' and 'driven' replaced with 'path', 'people' and 'walked' respectively)
Gates: Both a road gate and a path gate, to allow tourists to enter and exit the area.
Main Office: Management for the park, like the main building of Industry areas it declares the type of holiday park.
Parking: Finally put these staples of the workshop into the game, variants for concrete, dirt and grass. (can be used outside area)
Plain road: no markings and with the walkway not made separate from the road part, no parking allowed on roads, can be used with parking lots (above), to make a large car park.
Caravan/ Motorhome bays: Allows tourists to park cars and caravans to stay for a few weeks.
Static Caravans, Bungalos, Chalets Cabins etc: Fixed buildings placed down in an area for tourists to stay in.

In addition possibly the Holiday Park area could function similar to a residential district specialization so zoned residential in the area would create holiday homes based on the theme set by the main office. If this is implemented it would also be useful to perform the same function on the industry areas (allowing users to fill in gaps without having to draw a whole new zone on top of the existing industry area.)
