My launcher wont start for stellaris or hoi4 in steam. I pressed play and it spun then stopped spinng but never started. I have clean reinstalled, unsubscribed from all mods, verified files. The only thing that works is to start the game in admin mode from the files. I would likek to play with mods and I am pretty sure its the new launcher because victoria 2 runs just fine. SOrry for bad spelling and grammar. also thankyou if you can provide an answer
