This is a carry over from the Tech Support forum, where I was asked to enter this in the bug forum. See: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/win10-ctd-when-creating-checksum.945340/
Description: When launching HOI4, the application starts and goes through GUI, sprites, history, etc. As soon as it comes to Checksum, the app closes without any error message.
The error log files folder is empty.
In the exceptions log, many entries:
######## EXCEPTION: 0xC00000FD at address: 0x68AB7C87: STACK OVERFLOW
Version: Unknown Version
06/10/16 08:41:07
The address changes for each entry, and each entry seems to correlate with each time I've tried to launch the app.
Dump file attached for last attempt.
Regards,
Feltan
