Description:
When converting military factories (MF) to civilian factories (CF), the CF count is incremented, but the MF count is not decremented.
This is seen with the USA. Convert a MF to CF in the state of New York.
When looking at the construction screen, the estimated time for the conversion to finish is off by a few months. When waiting for the finished conversion, it is suddenly done.
Note: CF to MF seems to work fine.
