My hoi4 game stutter when the game is on play, it is more noticeable at more than 2* speed game this stutter is from the beginning of a party from 1936 so not too many units issue, basically when i travel around the map there is a lot of frames drops but only on play when the game is on pause it's very smooth as normal, I've got a ryzen 2600 and a vega 56 with a 75Hz monitor i've changed the gpu with a RX590 still the same problem i've changed the monitor with a 60 Hz one, the same problem, i've changed all the settings the same, i've reinstalled the game the same again so how can i fix it it's really unplayable.
