One thing, in the spanish localization "August" is written as "Agoste", the last "e" is wrong, it's "Agosto" in spanish, that's a little bit annoying 'cos you see it in the second bookmark everytime you want to start a new game
- The base speed of 1940 DDs is a bit quick at nearly 38 knots! There were a number of 1940-level classes with speeds of 35 knots, and none that can go as fast as a the 43 knots for 1940 DD with 5 points on speed - if not a balance thing, might be worth toning down a little. Haven't looked at the rest of the naval stats, just noticed that when I was doing a variant. Will give them a good look over the next few days.
- Dispersed industry now gains 5% higher starting efficiency for new production lines per level

- Fixed CTD when a nation would surrender to capital owner who might not be at war
- AI now able to pick all ideas players could (was restricted by allowed during play that was scripted for startup condition only)
- Guarantees can no longer be used to call in nations to war if you have no defensive war
- Nuke count can no longer go so big it becomes negative (max 999 nukes)
- Added console command to give nukes
- Added fallback surrender target based on war leaders if you somehow end up needing to surrender to someone without warscore. should stop infinite wars that could happen in soem wierd situations
- Increased xp cost of land upgrades a bit (+5 base) [AR-10060] - armor gun soft attack upgrade on variants now goes up to +15% rather than +50% [AR-10060] - speed upgrade now stronger (max 20% rather than 10%)
- Fleets in combat in naval regions now also count towards supremacy so that you can't sacrifice some ships so easily and rush across
- SPART now much more costly (almost 2x)

Sunflower is just a name of 1.2 patch. I guess we'll know about future DLC on this friday DD.ps: sunflower 1.2 is a DLC ?
Perhaps you could use the South American portraits. I believe they're used for neighboring Iran's generic leaders already. Obviously they're not perfect, but they do fit a little better than the Asian ones, in my opinion. No, but we don't have portraits that really suit that region. Which of the ones available do you think best represents the region?
Those are the ones I chose. Was just curious what would be prefered with what we have at hand. Trying to avoid outrage from our Afghan fans or fans of Afghanistan.Perhaps you could use the South American portraits. I believe they're used for neighboring Iran's generic leaders already. I don't think there was that much of a push to get back the colonies historically (going by my reading at least). Might be interesting to stick in as a focus or mini event for those that want to go down that route though. Also was thinking the other night, should Germany get cores on her former colonies in Africa?
It's an understandable concern, but I think if you didn't get any backlash over using the Asian portraits, I doubt you will get any more for using the South American ones. I'm not an Afghan though, so maybe it isn't my place to say. Those are the ones I chose. Was just curious what would be prefered with what we have at hand. That's the kind of stuff you ask me about ;o)@podcat
What's the syntax for the new 'add_equipment_to_stockpile' command?
i.e. what would I write to add 50 convoys?
There was movement within the party and government but after the focus of the war switched to the East it was kinda discarded.I don't think there was that much of a push to get back the colonies historically (going by my reading at least). In that case, a "Reichskolonialbund" focus somewhere on the diplomacy branch would fit in quite nicely then. Either have the focus add core/claims, or alternatively act as a "demand" mechanic which can be accepted or refused as some of the others can be.There was movement within the party and government but after the focus of the war switched to the East it was kinda discarded.

Of course I know that this patch and most likely 1.3 will still focus on AI. And speaking of AI , As Italy one of my divisions was actually encircled by the Ethiopians on the south eastern front.
Yeah you really need to take the units you have in Sicily and Libya and get them over to Somalia ASAP.In that case, a "Reichskolonialbund" focus somewhere on the diplomacy branch would fit in quite nicely then. As for the Italy bit, I've started pulling my Libyan forces over to the Somalian front to give me better coverage. The AI really held me up in the North in my most recent game by stacking their mountain forces in Gonder, meaning I had to try and go all the way around them and encircle them before I could make much headway.
The save I added to this post is from the same game, though unfortunately from much later. Still, hopefully it can be of some help. I've looked around but no other nations made such template, from what I could see. It doesn't seem like Italy is actually using it now, either, even though it has researched both medium tanks and SP Art at this point. This is super strange. would love a savegame to debug it

I had no problem taking out Ethiopia with Italy's starting forces.Yeah you really need to take the units you have in Sicily and Libya and get them over to Somalia ASAP.
