HoI4 Steam Collie v1.10.3 (aa89): Ally territories still occupied after war.

Hello, I'm actually playing as Italy and I try to reform the Roman Empire, I was ally with France and Luxembourg for fight against the Reich and UK. But the britsh took the France and Luxembourg, the Poland fighting too against the Reich, took the german cores and occupied Luxembourg.
Now the war is over and I won, but Luxembourg is still occupied by Poland even if I'm never was in war with them. Luxembourg have him color and have 0% surrender. So why them can't liberate themself?

Actually, if I exlude Luxembourg I can't justify war goal (empty list of war goal) and it's really annoying for reform Roman Empire. I don't wan't to declare war to Poland because they took all URSS territory and they have actually more reserve troops and more troops, and I'm not sure that take of the Poland occupation of Luxembourg. My reserves begin to be reduce and I'm in war with the USA. I try to win succes so I don't wan't to use mod or cheat code to take Luxembourg.

It's the second time I've this bug with fascist nation for the New World Order and it's annoying to play 10-20h and be blocked with this kind of bug. The first time was with USA I took Iceland in Denmark but when Iceland took his indepence I was unable to justify war goal to Iceland, because it still say it was occupied by me but in fact they were not.

According to your first screenshot, Luxembourg is at war with Poland though. That is why they are still occupied.

You cannot justify on territory the country currently does not control. And it would not help you anyway to go to war with Luxembourg because Poland controls the territory you want. I think you do have to declare war on Poland. But you can do it last and just need to capture Luxembourg briefly in order to pick the decision.

No they are in war with Republic of Indonesia, them flag look alike. And they have a pact of non-agression with Poland like you can see on this screenshot.

I'm not sure that declare war to Poland allow me to take control of Luxembourg for them. This is my division on Luxembourg and I have no military access with Poland.
