HOI4 Sale not showing in Germay

I saw the announcement for the HOI4 sale this weekend and got excited, but until now the sale does not show in the Steam store. I asked around, and it seems to be showing for everyone that isn't based in Germany.
Since there is a special german version of the game in the store, I though that this might be an issue.
The sale for the "Together for Victory" DLC is showing, but the main game is listed as full price.

Given it's a Steam sale, i don't think Paradox can do anything. This would be something to check with Steam.

leider scheint dieses Angebot spezifisch nicht auf dem deutschen Markt zur Verfügung zu stehen.
Unfortunately this offer seems to be specifically not available to the german market.

Ich werde dies an den Hersteller weiterleiten.
I´ll forward this to the manufacturer/producer.

I bet they got confused with the different versions and are now asking whether it´s the same game.

Seems like this won't get resolved until the sale is over tomorrow. We'll see what's going to happen.

It's likely Steam got confused when Paradox wanted to put Hearts of Iron IV on sale, they forgot to add Germany as a region included in the sale with the special German version of the game. However as far as I understand it, according to Johan last year, everyone has the same Hearts of Iron IV base game. The German version of the game does not have the "Certain German History" DLC bundled with the game on purchase, whereas everyone else not affected by Germany's Laws does have access to this DLC. It's possible Steam treats these are two seperate products hence the German Hearts of Iron IV wouldn't be available in the sale.

@TinyWiking will probably be able to pass this along and provide some clarity. Paradox may/could extend the sale by a day or two in Germany if this is the case as they are good natured and there was a genuine sales issue here.

I had a chat with the sales team and the reason for this is that the German version is different from the rest of the the world due to various reasons and when the sale was created, that particular version wasn't discounted. We've rectified this for future sales but as this sale ends in a matter of hours we don't have time to fix it (as it needs to be done by Steam and by the time they get into the office the sale will be over). Sorry about that gang, it was an honest mistake ><.
