While i will wait for game to be released in good state, I am not happy about all those delays. From what I have seen when they announced the delay to the game now (via DD's) I will happily wait.

Also given all the delays, that HoI4 suffered so far, I expect game with no gamebreaking issues and not significant amount of bugs.
I would rather have game released sooner, with some performance optimalizations done a few weeks later, than have the whole game delayed.I am not happy either concerning the delays. But i'd rather habe hoi4 later, than performance issues and lags in 1942/1943

1. I didnt say anything about crashesThen when the game comes out and it crashes and lags constantly, you would be the first one to come to the forums to complain about it.

2. I would be OK with performance seen in recent ingame videos, especially since I have more powerful PC, than what was used in WWWs.
3. I would rather play HoI4 at speed 3 in March 2016, rather than speed 4 in September 2016.....
How do you know that?
1. Performace optimalization =/= general QA testing. There is a vast difference, between delaying some performance optimalizations and fixing stability/bugs.Performance testing is not only about the speed of a software. Stability is also a part of it. It doesn't matter how strong of a computer you have the software it's unoptimized for it.
I was meaning it in an allegorical way.

QA aren't going to accept it until the performance testing is done.I would rather have game released sooner, with some performance optimalizations done a few weeks later, than have the whole game delayed.
Battlefield 4 release edition wants a talk with you.I would rather have game released sooner, with some performance optimalizations done a few weeks later, than have the whole game delayed.
Yes and I dont see any reason for QA delay the game over few % performance, compared to current state, which seems to work without problems (performance wise). You were the one who said:
QA aren't going to accept it until the performance is optimized.
