Hoi4 paratroopers bug?

So tldr i can't do parachute even if i have all i need, it says i don't have transporting planes while there are almost 300 in airport. It doesn't matter how much troops i choose to this order, everytime same thing happens, it looks okay while i put order but they once i get domination tick and activate order it says i have 0 transport planes over and over, restart didn't help. First time i could do it on Japan in 1942. I leave a screen below.

I am not very experienced with paratroopers, my first time I hung up not having air superiority, which you appear to have. Two guesses:

1) Are your transports on air supply missions? This seems to be the most common cause of hung up missions.

2) Is your air base in Northern France in a green supply zone, or is it yellow or red? Not sure if this will cause an air drop to misfire though.

Okay so it randomly worked when i was replacing my planes like 50 times.

It is hard to tell if had supply zone as China in italian France but i didn't have any missions for my transport planes for sure.
