I was playing as Germany, historical route. I made 6~ trials of the same scenario, where i fought against the allies and the comintern. For each one of the trials i spent 3 to 5 hours, just to see how japan screwed up all my effort. At every peace conference they demanded some random land that had nothing to do with them (like occupying Greece). I saw japan puppeting free france in Syria, even though there was still Vichy France controlling the mainland, as well as puppeting britain in a desert in africa which didn't have any coastal province. I am just tired of trying. Another problem i have encounter was, that none of my allies were demanding land at the conference. Even Vichy France didn't bother to take its northern territory back. It's not about them having not enough points, i have seen italy having twice as more points than i did. But yet it didn't demand Croatia nor any land in Greece. So i had to be sure japan won't take those lands by giving them my allies with my own war scores. It is like unavoidable to have a map that doesn't make any sense.

I am now looking forward to a new dlc to fix this border problem many players suffer. Adding a sphere of influence for each of the major AIs could solve the issue. A function to regulate the borders before and after the conference would also be welcome.

Edit: Bad English

Here are some pictures of the map after the conference.

WAHT!? FIVE YEAR PLAN!? If we go bad we wait the 2025 for a good game?

Don't take the term "Five-year plan" literally, it's just a bunch of long-term goals which will be introduced step by step in further updates.

WAHT!? FIVE YEAR PLAN!? If we go bad we wait the 2025 for a good game?
So easily triggered. ;)

The earliest that I have seen any mention of "the five year plan" was in HOI4 Dev Diary - Future and Cornflakes posted August 23, 2017.
per podcat - "Not actually a five year plan, but I want to share with you some form of roadmap on what to expect in the future. Some of you may have seen me talk about some of this in my PdxCon talk earlier this year."

That makes it one day shy of 3 years even though it wasn't meant to be a five year plan. It is still quite possible that the roadmap may indeed become reality within the next 2 years (August 23, 2022) making it a 5 year plan success.
