Description
The Italian foci for the Spanish-Italian Alliance and Befriend Portugal are clearly supposed to fire generic.2, the generic request to join a major alliance. Instead it fires generic.1, the President has died event.

This has kinda borked my Italy First playthrough, since I spent significant time befriending Romania, Spain, and Portugal, expecting them to eventually join my faction.

Steps to Reproduce
Use any of the "Befriend" or "Ally" foci that go with Italy First (as opposed to Pact of Steel).

Sorry, but I just did a search for "generic.1" in the national focus folder, and this affects quite a few focuses for Britain, Germany and Italy. I do not know if it is intentional that all those focuses fire event generic.1 (president dies), but if so it means that they will not only increase relations, but also (when fixed) invite to that country's faction. There are at least a dozen of these across those three national focus files.

If this had not been a bug it would have made balance very different.
