- every country should now have access to a minister to unlock an extra operative slot

Also @Andy Gainey, a suggestion for AI: Make it more likely for AI countries to station coastal divisions to guard ports, especially if at war with a navally superior enemy.

That's why I suggested having some starting XP. Even just 10 would allow France to get the trench tools that they should start with...

Sounds like you really have the problem with France not starting with shovels, just as I did with USA starting without trucks (which is now fixed). Just keep hoping and maybe one day it will happen, or mod it in.

Hi, I'm a new player of HOI4, I have bought all the DLCs recently and I have 136 hours of game with it. I'm writing some reflections about some bugs (at least in my opinion) found in the game...

See this is why I wished they focused on making the game historical first, then alternative later. This mixing of the two and both not being 100% complete confuse people on what type of game they are even buying. Don't get me wrong, the work is amazing and dynamic, it's just when you provide these alternative paths early in release people think they actually work.

Wow, I really expected a fix to the missing lend-lease option. it's such a larger bug that seems like it should be an easy fix.. as compared to all these nitty-gritty fixes with limited effect on gameplay outcomes. I suppose you'll include a fix for the live patch later, but still.

it should be in the next beta update. We fixed it at the end of the day yesterday so didnt have time to get it into the patch

There's a similar problem with Spanish focus 'Expand Soviet Aid' that still exists after the recent changes.

Also, is it intended that Stalinists cannot reach the 'crush the revolution' focus before the anarchist uprising? As currently, Anarchist uprising takes 246 days to happen, while Stalinists need 245 days before they can take the 'crush the revolution' focus meaning they need 270 days total to suppress the Anarchists, which effectively makes it impossible to do so.

Any chance to get negative resource income generation through buildings affecting global resource income back? ULTRA mod has refined resource producing buildings that need raw materials (hence Sweden being extremely important for Germany), and since 1.9 negative resource income from provinces affecting the global resource income has been disabled. Makes ULTRAs resource system largely useless.
 
Also, anti-Stalinist spain cannot boost ideology or make puppets. It was probably affected by the change to Anarchist that prevented them from making puppets, but it shouldn't affect the anti-Stalinists as that doesn't make sense, especially given that they are trying to become a new beacon of Socialism.

try releasing soviet nations (free, dont make them puppets) and then make them join komintern - thats where KGB starts to shine

Would like to report the Fascists winning the 1936 Spanish election, civil war triggered in September nonetheless. No idea how the hell that happened, they didn't get influenced or anything. Historical mode actived.
 
BOTH research bonuses (if researching mediums) are added to the SAME TANK, so you lose out on getting a better than in the future, for the tank you already have 2 years ahead of time, faster.
I don't think that's how it works, are you sure? I played Soviet a lot and I could definitely research all the way to modern tanks with the bonuses.

That means you didnt notice your bonuses mysteriously missing after using the 2.0y bonus. When i hover over a medium tank's research progress after the Soviet tank treaty, it says the 2.0y bonus is used...obviously, but at the bottom it says "100% limited bonus" implying that the 100% that comes along with the 2.0y gets used up with it, which is strange


Does the construction queue thing not bother anyone else?
