HOI4 don't work until new patch

So i have a problem, i played on older version on mods to this moment because i didnt buyed no step back dlc, but after i bought it and update hoi4, the launcher works as always but if i try clicking play button... nothing happens and this error shows up: I have already reinstalled game, reinstalled steam, run as administrator, run game witchout launcher, unsubscribed all mods, turned off all mods... at this moment i dont know what to do old version 1.10.8 is working but on new patch the game cant even launch plese somebody help me ;-;

You need to be logged in to the launcher. It should be done automatically though.

In your Launcher Settings, do you have DX9 enabled? DX11 causes crashes for some people. Did you check the Tech Support forum? If you open a thread there they will attempt to help you.

i tried on all dx9, dx11, and open gl the game still have same error and dont want even open, and yes i pened a thred on tech support forum when i realized it is main hoi4 and not a tech supp, mb
