My take:
Non-Aligned: Continue on Kemalist path after Ataturk's death with Inonu or Cakmak, or bring back the Ottoman Caliphate (whether peacefully after that or going CW before). Foreign policy is to whether join the Allies (Inonu), Axis (Cakmak) / Central Powers (if Germany goes Wilhelmist and Turkey goes Ottoman), Roman Alliance, or keep neutral
Democratic: Begin after Ataturk's death with Inonu, or going CW before. Foreign policy is to join Allies, keep neutral, or create Sadabat Pact. Maybe a national spirit to improve infrastructure if going neutral.
Fascist: Cakmak can going this path, or make a Junta depose Inonu (or Ataturk) by CW. Then going Turanism or bring back Ottoman Empire. Foreign policy is to join Axis, Roman Alliance, the British, or create your own block.
Communist: Either peacefully after Ataturk's death, or rebel against him (or Inonu/Cakmak) before. You can then depose the monarchies around you both in Balkans and Middle East and freeing the colonies. Foreign policy is to join the Soviets, join the French, join the British, join 4th Internationale or create your own block.
Shared by all: Question about Hatay, Aegean Islands, Cyprus, and Turkish role in the Middle East affairs. (Edit: I want to touch another thing but it is too sensitive... well, two things i mean.)
Industrial path: Developing agriculture-centered economy to improve infrastructure and IC building speed or industrialize and improve mils and dockyards building speed. Also, an addition of steel and oil, especially in the southeastern region. With potential nuclear development boost if joining the Allies.
Military (since i didn't know anything related to that): Homemade vs licensed air and army development, also navy path whether Black Sea-oriented or Meditteranean-oriented.
Leader portraits: Cakmak, Orbay, Omurtak, Abdulmejid II, Ahmed IV, Sefik Husnu, and Celal Bayar
Also please, add 6 35-day length national focuses regarding Kemalism
