I have a secret to reveal, I cheat to get my screenshots. I did not actually form Lithuania-Belarus in January 36.Are you sure? In the old dev diary it seemed that it would happen before the war (at least for me):
Poland is still up but lithuania already got its part of belarus

I think the trees look pretty good! The one bit of feedback I’d suggest is give them a small path in case the Germans go Non-aligned to go Baltic Duchy or some non-aligned version of their collaboration with Germany tree

Why would the soviet union willingly give up land to em?Are you sure? In the old dev diary it seemed that it would happen before the war (at least for me):

Sorry, but what the hell are you smoking here. Päts was not an economist nor was he a banker. He was a lawyer and a journalist. The closest you could get is his involvement in the Bank of Estonia corruption scandal, as well as being head of the Tallinn Stock Committee. Not to mention that his dislike was not with communists or fascists in particular, but with party politics in general, which is why he proposed and implemented a corporatist model.
On another note by 1936, the Vaps movement was buried. The leadership of the League as well as many of its more active members were arrested in 1934, following the Päts self-coup, with the ones that were left over being rounded up in 1935, due to allegedly plotting a coup. The trials in May of 1936 closed off the entire debacle, as everything had already been done.

As stated in the diary, they get an event for how to move forward. They can become allies or they can get wargoals on each other.

I am a bit disappointed to not see a democratic path for Estonia to seek a union with Finland (United Finnish-Estonian Republic?), so I would wish for you to look into it still, but otherwise these trees do look like a lot of fun!

Would be very cool if when the Germans or Soviets invade, they'd have an option to invite Lithuania into the war to take back Vilnius. I also wish the monarchy path included a "Demand Vilnius" focus for if the player doesn't want to restore the PLC, but keep the monarchy.

Could we please also get suwalki as a state so we have historical borders between Ger and Sov?

You should check the name of a Japanese puppet Malta. You won't be disappointed.
Is it possible you could add a little alternative branch for Mindaugas III of Lithuania for recreating Grand Dutchy of Lithuania without creating the commonwealth? I think it could be neat and very interesting route to take in place of the ol' good PLC which you can allready form as Poland

I like the fact that we are getting more actual-historical-political-factions-and-concepts based alternate history rather than a whole bunch of random "restore some medieval nation" nonsense.
