Here you have the 4th army of France who should defend Italian frontier but stay in peace until i told her Italain was there. Of course Italian are stronger than they was in 1939 because France must loose. Why the general don't understand the concept of defend the country? Private do...

NOOOO! You have no equipment, you have some of the really bad starting divisions still, no fuel, you need resources, and your planes aren't doing anything... Please...

Edit: Why are they on training???? Training causes both attrition and it lowers organization to a max of 20%

You also have 8% stability and way way way too much manpower, which tells me that you have stepped up your conscription law to something ridiculous like all adults serve or something that high.

Your navy is training too????? Please tell me you have read any of the previous messages on this thread. We've been trying to help you for so long, but you haven't done any of the things we have said...

It was impossible at this moment. Italy didn't have radar and it's why the Italian Navy stay in port of Tarento where the UK sink them like Yamamot will do at Pearl Harbor. Also the main war in WW2 is for industrialisation. Italy was unable to produce enough tank to win in North Africa. Rommel admit than his main problem wasn't Montgomery but supply. Also if you are at the command of Italy like i done as human you can't build a fleet in the right time. AI have some ressources unaccesible for the player human. That can cause a reaction "forgot this game i can't do nothings without cheat code and it don't have useful one." It's a game. If you don't have a minimum of control is not good. If you have to move arms and legs of anyone in the game you don't have fun either.

The British fleet had no radar until late '41, you can easily get resources through trade up until the war, you have a lot more control than you make the case out to be. Also, no, the brits can't "Pearl Harbor" the Italians because they have no air range and they also have very limited access.

My production of factory is at maximum. I have no possibility to increase it. I don't have possibility to change the economy type, I can't change the law for the conscription. That's frustrating and it what who make the game a little bit boring. You cannot correct some situation. With Italy i do it when i choose diplomacy instead of War. The performance, the army, the economy, all go very well and i reach top 5 easily. With France all choice are wrong and bring you to defeat.

You ask why i train the army and the navy: It's the only way to have experience in peace time. You need it to change structure of division (not for air and navy. That can be improvment) You have this possibility in the game and it's a fun point. Don't forget it's a game. Fun come when you have the possibility to change things. That must be hard but not impossible. With France it is. I'm sure it don't have so much people who play France, Canada, Bresil or Italy.

The illustrous carrier send sworfish to destroy the italian fleet at port of Tarente and it what who give the idea to Yamamoto. The deep of the sea was the same of the deep of Pearl Harbor.

Historian say than the Radar was the main reason to british superiority in mediterranean at this moment.

You know i'm fascinating about worl war 2 and i did read a lot of journal by the one who did this war so...

I didn't ignore any advice. I tried all of them. Most of the time with no result. Why? I don't know and the accessibility of the variable involved is not easy. I search all the time and most of the time i should lost my time to do micromanagement. If you pass 3 days in micromanagement the game don't advance. If the game don't advance where is the fun?

All that is for improve the game and give him the success who should have. Because it's a great game.

They shouldn't!!! I can't increase the production of factory or i have to change it every day and do that mean lost of productivity. It's a game. Some little things should be easy to do or it's not fun. Anyway an army who see her territory invaded, react, It's not the case.

That frustrating to don't have any tool to correct the situation. I don,t know how to do it but if you assign an area and the army say "i won't defend the factory who provided me supply until i got supply" it's a strong strike back for the manager...

Why do you have 13 factories on Armored but only 12 on all combined infantry equipment? Also 20 dockyards is a little excessive on top of the production of a carrier? Italy is not meant to make carriers, because they don't have the industry for it. Also, 34 military factories in almost '40 is miniscule. Germany will have nearly 75-80 by then, if not more from the fall of France. I can tell that something isn't right because ww2 hasn't started and it's almost '40.

I've given so much advice but you have refused all of it, and are now getting angry for me calling you out on your tactics. You'er just here to argue, blame the game, and be a bad stain on these forums. Please watch a video and play a minor nation to understand the mechanics of the game. It took me, heck, everyone some time to understand this game but we listened to others and figured it out. We didn't complain that the game sucked, we found out that we were just not very good and that we had to put some time and effort into understanding the game and it's take on the war.

Because i have some other priority for the moment. I took them later. Now i'm in 1941 and i have more power than France and Reich have difficulty to take France. The goal of the game is to survive to WW2 and i think i' on the good way to be more power full off some country.

Do you know why i can't help nationalist spain even if all condition are on? Now is too late but if i try again? (that the beauty of this game, you have never the same result.)
