Hoi4 bug

The programm accepted to send ship on both ocean. Suddendly the programm give me that without a reason and i'm stuck because even if i restart the programm or the production i got the same message. I don't know what's happend.

I tried 3 times to give order to the 22 division to land in Africa and prepare the plan. Computer say no division for the plan. I deleted the plan three times and redo. After few month i see again no division for the plan....How come. I used naval invasion all the times but...
How you reassign? I put the orders in the trash can. How i reassign? How you force reassign? How you know all orders are cleared? The game offer

O= organisation
D=direction
C=Control
as far i played in all HOI i can only work with the 2 first and the rest it's random. In one game i learned 1 year after a battle than i loose. I have a lot of message not relevant but this one no sign no alert...And no control from me of course.

Your screenshot shows that you have zero fuel. Your planes, ships, tanks, motorized, etc will be experiencing penalties in combat and movement.

You mean if i wait i will be able to move all division? Because my plan is an objective to realise around 1941...I make the plan in 1939 just in case..
You can only assign so many divisions to a naval invasion (8 maybe?). Also, hold control, and click on the order transfers troops to it.

Ho! And where is the button for that? I saw only one with the anchor and nothing else....
Troop transports are limited to 10 naval invasion capacity max unless you research additional transport technology per the HOI4 wiki. The wiki further defines capacity and convoys.

Also you can only naval invade if you're already at war with somebody. (although you can set up the plan before hand)

Oh wait yeah that's your main problem, it's assigned to a friendly nation in your faction. To move your units to there have both fuel and convoys, and have all the units on a port in your country. Then right click on the port you want to move them to.

You see than i"m in war with Italy, i send two division in north Africa and the general indicates no division for executing the plan. How i hit is butt? He have 2 division, one clear order what he do with his division? prepare a revolution?
Like everyone has told you, you didn't assign any units to the order.
The arrow on the map is hollowed out and should read "no division assigned" when you zoom in, the divisions have red exclamation marks indicating that they have not been assigned an order, and now the execute plan button tells you the same thing.

But how i assign them? I choose the general, i choose the button naval invasion for the general. Do you mean he don't know wich division he command? How i tell the division to prepare the plan and execute it? Why i have a general who havew less brain than a private?

The one I have highlighted in the red box is the assign button. Follow closely:
1. Select units for order
2. Click assign button
3. Click on order
If this helps but you still have a problem a full screen shot with the army and destination showing would help a lot.
