Sorry, I thought that this forum would be more active considering that there are a lot more people that talk about HOI4. Thank you for your help! One more thing though, it says that I do not have the proper permissions to access this page. Any idea on why that is?

You need to register your HOI3 cd key. Go under register a game, then paste your key.
