Hey guys,

I've been playing Hoi3 for a while offline, I've learned alot and probably still got alot to learn. Also tried Hoi4 but I didn't like it, too simplified in my opinion. I was wondering if people still play Hoi3 multiplayer? and if so, can anyone re direct me to a forum or a group where I can find them? And how does it exactly work? I guess you'd have to plan in multiple sessions with other players right? how long do these games last on average?

Pls let me know and thanks in advance

I usually play with people from /gsg/. Each game session lasts about 3-5 hours, we play every Sunday at 20 UTC. I believe people from here also host their own MP games, but I'm not aware of them.

In short, everything you need is a group of people willing to play at the same time for multiple sessions. Games usually run at speed 3-4 outside of wars and 1-2 during them. The number of sessions you'll need to finish a game depends on the number of players, their skill and the mod you're playing(if you are - WW1 games are interesting).
