German ad - made for the German market. So essentially all you non Germans who don't like the ad, it's ok, it's not intended for you 
I think it's general knowledge that the people who visit this forum are some of the most intelligent gamers out there so I'm sure you'll agree with me when I say:
1. you are already customers so this ad campaign is obviously not targeting you
2. good advertising campaigns create awareness and discussion - 3 pages and counting...
Closing comment is that as long as HoI continues to sell like it does in Germany we trust that Koch Media takes all their experience from doing business on the German market and put it to good use. That said I will also forward this thread with comments and lock it as I think you've made your point now.
