Actually I got some questions answered.

-if you nuke the north pole enough, you won't be able to sail with submarines from Murmansk to Vladivostik via the northern route
-A battle is a thing where two armies meet and the other one loses.
-the Dev Team gives only answers when enough drunk, which is not going to happen.
-you can build polar bear divisions
-the map won't show Americas, only a text; 'here be dragons'

first, download an irc client, like mirc. then connect to a quakenet server (its in the server list already) and type j #hoi3. and you´re in (of course, type in a nick and stuff first.
