I would also like to see one that could reflect the political reality of trying to hold an Alliance together between the western Allies and the Soviet Union, and which could tie into a number of alternate "Bitter Peace" events.
For instance, Stalin was always insisting on the Allies to open up another front in Europe to help ease the burden off of the Red Army. So, lets say that by 1943 if the Soviet Union is at war with Germany, the Allies/Soviet Union would start getting events for conferences similiar to the Casablanca Conference, and the Soviet Union could start asking about Allied intervention on the continent.
One of Stalin's greatest fears was that the Allies would conclude a seperate peace with Germany to let Germany destroy Communism for them (and the Allies feared Stalin making a seperate peace with Hitler), which meant that Stalin might be willing to settle for a white peace with Germany if the Allies have not intervened in the European continent and the Red Army is not having great successes against Germany.
So, if relations between the Soviet Union and UK/US sour, Germans are not on Soviet soil, and there is no significant Allied presense in Europe at a random date begining in 1943 (with very low chances of firing this early but increasing as time goes on) then an event like "Should we offer a seperate peace?" event would pop up for the Soviet Union, and the USSR could have 3 choices like Yes, No, or Delay the Question a little longer.
If they choose yes, then Germany would get a "Stalin offers a seperate peace" event that the German player could then accept, decline, or negotiate. The chance of Germany accepting it should be low if Hitler is still in charge, but if he isn't it AI chances of choosing accept could be much higher.
