This MOD is improvement at Urban Picture for HoI2(1.3a,1.3b). I was testing HoI2 1.3a 1.3b English Version.
This MOD modifiy to 276 Urban provice. These pictures are 16bit color,so I seem good looking and good fitting to GIP.
This contain "How to attached for Old Savegame file". It's usefully for other MODs. But,this editting need carefull.
Too many Urban,So too far away to "Paris" "Moscow" and "Berlin".But,I seem more historical from default terrain.
The Great Battles will cause at "Arnhem" "Krusk" "Bastogne" .
Why great battle cause at Krusk? Because Soviet Army move forward more easily.
So,I do not change Krusk to Urbun Province.

Why???？ Did you check your Firewall software?
Disable firewall.Try to access "http://hayasoft.com/hiko/paradox/" by Browser.
And Click "Other Up Loader". And Click "up0444.rar".

I also get a 403 error. I don't have any firewall software, but I think the University network which I'm on does...
Anyway, I can access the site you gave a link to, but clicking "Other Up Loader" also results in a 403 error.
