Yes but the expansions added alot more content and stuff thats not required in this case. We're not asking for new combat traits or new brigade units here, just a deeper level of bug fixes.

Out of curiosity, Corey, what bug fixes do you think are most in need of repair at this time?

Yes, I'd like to know the current to-do list as well. I know the charter hasn't been finalized but there should be a draft right ? Or is it the arma 1.2 buglist ? And if there are any suggestions should they be made here or there ?

New bug, this one may have been introduced with Doomsday as it worked normal with Hoi2:

If you hover over the CAG of a carrier you should get some extended information about this brigade. But instead you get information about the escort fighter brigade.

EDIT: Sorry, I remembered wrong. it calls the wrong string. CAG should call this string. "LDESC_CAG" instead cag brigade cals "LDESC_ESCORT" So the CAG string do exist. atleast in config files. Contrary to what i originaly wrote. o

The team has not been assembled yet.

AFAIK Currently i am the only one that has everything done legal wise with Paradox.

I would assume that the following will take place once everyone on the team is ready (not necessarily in this order).

1. Create a project charter describing in general the goals of the project. This includes a rough estimate of how long the project should last. This part is critical for other Expansions to know so they can plan their projects.
2. Establish/Elect the team members roles in the project.
3. Establish rules of conduct for the project.
4. Establish a formal line of communication with Paradox.
5. Describe in detail what will be done. AKA the bug list. IMHO there should be a designated amount of time where all project members can vote on what should be done and what should not be done. IMHO the programmers on the project should concentrate on code fixes... with others concentrating on configuration files fixes.
6. Create a common work environment where everyone can meet to discuss issues.
7. Create a project management system to track/assign/test bug fixes. I recommend Mantis for this.
8. Establish a detailed time table for the project (time period for code fixes, time period for testing etc).

I see, so everything at this stage is still on hold until the rest of the team gets their legal stuff in order. You could probably get started on a few of those things though. Unless someone offers to host the entire thing or you expect paradox to (which seems unlikely) you should probably start hunting for a good free webhost and begin setting up the workplace you'll need like in step 6 & 7. I don't think you need to get any legal stuff in order to begin coordinating these things as its mostly trivial stuff that doesn't relate to the game, though could be equally time consuming sometimes.

Anyways best of luck with this project and I really hope that you consider talking with paradox over some of the grey areas like patchwork that requires addition or reworking of existing code to fix stuff because there are quite some nasty bugs in there. I've posted a few on the other topic and will probably post a few more.

I've sent my contract too, but no response yet.
Although the Swedish Posten doesn't have the greatest of reputations I think it is Paradox that hasn't gotten deep enough into the pile of yet to be signed contracts.

Working with code won't be a problem after 13+ years in IT, about 6 of which as a programmer/teamleader for an international software company. And a project plan - well, I'm Senior Project Manager nowadays.
