The Sahel, the African region between the Sahara and the tropics... The flag was supposed to reflect that: yellow for the desert, green for the jungle, and orange for the sahel proper.

That flag has already been done for the purposes of 1964. And it's a flag of a Fascist United Kingdom, thank you very much. Not nazi controlled Britain. Even though the fascists were put into power by nazis who won the war. Still, my point stands.
