I plan to do a few Chinese puppet/autonomous designs because I haven't really seen any about compared to the Japanese. These will include Indochina, Japan...etc. I hope you can be there for it, because the counters show you've got a great eye.

The one who had the best claim was Kyrill Vladmirovich he is already in Kasierreich and his son Vladmir Kyrillovich all of these guys are just add on's so there can be more ministers for Russia since historically the Czar appointed many of his family members to high postions of power.
