1.Kreigsmarine flag, but with the colors of the Philippine flag, and the swastika replaced by the Philippine star
2.A blue-red horizontal-bicolor w/ the Philippine star defaced by the Napoleonic eagle and an Imperial Crown on top of it
3.Reichskriegsflagge(1892-1903) but w/ the German flag replaced by the Philippine flag and the eagle replaced by the Philippine star(in black)
4.Naval Jack of the Philippines
5.Apartheid-era flag of South Africa, but with the British flag removed
6.Same as #3, but w/ the Irish flag and black shamrock
With some of those in HoI2 style:
7.Flag of the East German army, but with the CoA of the Truppenfahne(regimental colours)
8.Aaron Nicholson’s flag proposal for New Zealand
9.Helen Clark's flag proposal for New Zealand, but with the Philippine flag in the canton
10.Flag of Ireland w/ its coat of arms in the middle and an Imperial Crown on top of it
11.Flag of Scotland w/ its lion rampart in the middle and an Imperial Crown on top of it

This crest of German Gabon.
