It's a bit darker and have more of a washed out effect (it tempers with hue/darkness/saturation) and by all shields I've ever seen, "my" are by far the most beatufiul for WW2-era and to the eye.
Just joking, the flags (not shields) made by lutenet99 (I think) feautered in the MDS 1.6 is by far the greatest looking flags ever made for any HOI-mods, me thinks!

For Xesan Version 0.9:
there are some issues with this SKIN. It appears rather dark meaning that I cannot really see what you have done while im playing. It appears a little "grainy". Also I think the sidebar_a would be better with the coat of arms I sent you.
It is still a great piece of work that I could not hope to achieve.

Can I get a skin made with that flag? Dunno what exactly I want in it, but I'd like a "glory days of the CSA" feel, with at least one pic of the Monitor and the Virginia dueling. I'd also like it to have some pics of WWII and modern stuff in it - preferably without ownership symbols showing.
It's for A World of Difference.
Oh, and all of this overlain on a picture of Monument Avenue, if possible.
