I have the server in my bedroom. Is not the best option, but I have not money for a good server. I'm a student and I try to pay attention to the server as much as I can. But I'm a human.

What's making it to crash?

It's better to rent a server for like 10$ a month than to buy one, it doesn't make sense to have a server in one's home. Also you can easily find free hosting space on internet which will have nearly 100% uptime.

I personally call this new style the 'HoI-Birger style'...

Its pretty simple actually, I just copied the HoI2 shield shadow and placed it on top of the eu3 style shield on photoshop...

I think it is to resemble the beautiful baltic sea....and perhaps the nations colors white and blue.....but who knows.
