The site, or the shield? I've got no idea if the shield works, but the site is up now. However, it still goes down fairly frequently.

the flag of the ottoman empire in hoi2 is the same as the turkish but that is not historical, ottman flag has a 'fatter' star and moon

can you make the german flag, black yellow, yellow black and ottoman flag with it? it would be great! (the ottmman flag of shockmox is good but it has a black line around it wich not belongs there
