EDIT: Actually, see how the end of the Bessarabian flagstrip is white? When that flag is waving in the game, it flashes a white outline on and off. Do you know what could cause that?

Can someone point me to where I can get the photoshop macros to make Sheilds/Flags? The 'easy flag maker' is the only thing I can find and it's buggy and does not make the shield properly.
