How come the flags lose their size from 36,1 kb to 17kb when I upload them via Imageshack.us???

That might be because they get converted from bmp to png by imageshack?

How do you get your counters to work? I thought I was doing it right, 8bit indexed bmps.. but the game always shows the old counters.

NVM I figured out how in a roundabout way.

Mind sharing what your roundabout way is? I'm having the same problem.... does anybody know how to make custom counters? E.g., custom flags on the counters? Whenever i modify the counters, the old ones keep showing up in game.

Well that sucks.

I think that's the way it works if i am understanding correctly? Then when you post them they are png's and people have to save/convert them as bmp with paint or photoshop gfx type programs to make them work in game.
