HoI2 Grand Flag/Graphic Request

This has probably been suggested before, but can someone make me a HOI2 shield from the Japanese army flag? The one I have now is really poor quality.

If anyone can, I'd appreciate a shield and in-game unit flag version for this:

... Fernando Torres, the 1914 mod uses a different "underlay" for the event pics (a telegram), not the "notebook" design of vanilla HOI2.

It would probably be sufficient to place the event pics on a green underlay.

I hope I express my self well enough.

Great! Now they fit well with the 1914 background.

If I am not getting on your nerves:

is it possible to tilt the event pics
and is it possible to zoom in on the face of the guy for the minister pic?
