Who said they were cooperating? Brotherhood Nod is going to be Brotherhood of Mon in the AAR and those are good pics for the HoI2 period but the AAR will start from EU3. GDI might be the Brittish Imperial Faction of Burma(Mon State) in Vicky and HoI2 but i'm not going to tell any details about the AAR.

And as you can see Premier Romanov is also there with his goons.
