the minister pics show up blank even tho they r in bitmap.
can someone fix this problem?
and can u plz redo the vatican flag by making the symbol larger and making it a full rectangle shield?

The Minister pics work fine for me, so I'm not sure what you do wrong...
Could though try to upload as rar so you wont have to convert..

Thanks for the ministers! Somes are good, but not all. If the background color could be some neutral grey-dark something, that would be good. The guy with the green background looks radioactive.

Also: I know you did your best with the bakc picture of the Sultan, but he should wear a fez, the kind of hat the other turks are wearing.

However could you try a version with darker grey or even pure black for the left stripe?... Just to see how it turns out, maybe it would be better with a little bit less grey in it.

Now I've converted them to HoI2 format myself, so if not work now there must be a mistake with your modification (like myself obtained once when I had two leaders with same name and different pictures... one of them became blanc until fixing that )
