Hmm, I seem to be getting a rather huge green border around the flag in game. Is this the same JPG photobucket problem as discussed above?

What's that flag for?

A variation of Russian imperial flag. The design was of course stolen from Germans and Austrians, but so are many things Russian.

Also while you're at it, is there a way to make the yellow part more visible on the flag? Perhaps change it to orange/gold?

I noticed that too, photobucket converts it all to .jpg. I use my own ftp thing, but right now I need to install SmartFTP on my new computer.

it's actually the flag of the White Legion 88 (a Russian Neonazi group)... I would link to a page with more info (on Flags of the World) but alas there are swastikas on that page... but it is a real flag, but not one used by the Russian government

In game, it's a flag for far-right pro-German Imperial Russia. Not a puppet state though.

In history, it was the flag of Russian Empire in 1858-1883, reportedly unpopular back then. It is very popular today with all kinds of right-wing groups, from conservatives and monarchists to nazis.
