A couple of my custom flags seem a little messed-up. They have that green, "static"-kinda thing. The first is the Rhenish Republic flag someone made for me a couple weeks ago:

And the second is some alternate Armenian flag; I don't remember where I got it from, though.

Any idea what's going on?
