HoI2 Grand Flag/Graphic Request

Is it possible to have the monarchist Libyan flag created for HOI2, please? I have the shield and counter from HOI 1 CORE, but am lacking the flag itself. I had posted this, but as it was 5 pages ago, I think it was lost.

This isn't exactly historical I admit but I read a book about the Byzantine empire if an AI from the future came and helped them (Belisarius series) and it introduced flags. I remember a paragraph where someone pondered how anyone could possibly consider a piece of cloth as something worth fighting for instead of an aquila standard, so I would think, no, the Roman Empire didn't have flags. What would be appropriate I'd say is a pennant in imperial purple with SPQR in gold.

This could also work, and red would be nicer than purple.
