As I said before, it's from a stupid comic I draw in my spare time. At the moment, a friend and I are attempting to create an HOI2 mod out of it.

I was wondering if anyone remembers seeing this thread that existed a while ago where people worked on a flag (and some events) for an Anglo-French Union (like that proposed in 1940 or 1956). They ended up with some awesome-looking flags (not just half and half of the two current flags).

If it's possible (as I can't seem to find the thread anywhere) I'd greatly appreciate a flag and shield for such a Union - in the thread this was a selection of variations on the theme of the Union Flag mixed with the Tricolore, or combinations which included symbols e.g. fleur de lise (not sure of spelling). They all looked really good, more than just cutting the two in half and sticking them together.

Any suggestions or playing around with the idea would be greatly appreciated.
