So how about skins for a communist and fascist France? Anything people come up with will be perfect.
yeah, how are people with skins. I attempted it about a month ago and gave up in frustration.
If some kind person could rustle up a Socialist Scottish one (grins hopefully at T-Hiddemen) I would be grateful.

I got the actionthingy from the Victoria cd, but i think that there are similar things somewhere on the forum.
You also need either the victoria shield template or the hoi shield template (the only difference is the shading, vic shields look more wavy).
The MKJ actionthing is really easy, you can use it with the victoria and hoi shield templates, just load in the action by selecting the "actions" marked folder (in photoshop), then press the little arrowbutton and select "load actions", then find your action, select it and press OK (you only have to do this once), then have the shieldtemplate with your shield open, and press f4, then in the dialogue press "continue" and then f5 when the new image has been created. Then there are some dialogues that tell you what to do next.
If you don't have photoshop, but have PSP ask T-hiddemen.
Or you could just download a photoshop trial.

its going fairly well - not that there is much to it.
The only events written up for it are 'elections' and alliance events:if the Unionists seize power then they might seek integration back into the Union or as a seperate member of the Commonwealth (though the AI chances of the unionists winning are low). If the Nationalists gain dominance then you may see a shift to the right and Scotland becoming a member of the Axis. (again relatively low AI chance)
Scotland uses Soviet models although the tech tree is fairly similar (but not as good) as the UK one (they followed UK doctrine through WW1 of course).
There is still a lot to do, I have had a wee fiddle with the tech teams (ok, one or two) and I still want to increase the ministers. I took away the UK cores on Scotland but I may give them back; Scotland is a very minor nation so its interest may be how its inclusion shapes history differently - what happens if UK declares war on Scotland and brings in the Soviet Union for example.

I will be also interested in that communist France skin if you make it.
Would it be possible to add the same communist logo (of the French flag) on this flag?
If not, I'll come up with my own design and will post it here.
